Presentation Guideline

ICJECA participants can attend this event in one of the following categories:

1. Participation to present a paper

2. Participation to present a poster

3. Participation without presentation (publication only)

4. Free Participation (no presentation, no publication)

When you submit a paper, it might be accepted for presentation, or publication only. Participants whose paper is selected for presentation, are required to read the following guidelines.

To present your paper, please consider the following,

You will present your paper in 15 minutes.

Some of the presentations in various panels will be translated into Farsi/Persian. Therefore, the time-frame for each presentation will be 25 minutes.

For each presenter, there will be five minutes for Questions and Answers.

You are required to send us the PowerPoint (*.pptx) file of your presentation by February 5, 2017. This is the time you need to submit your full paper, as well.

Each PowerPoint file will ideally be 7-8 slides. You would elaborate on each slide for two minutes.
