You may apply for a visa yourself, or the conference assistants can apply for it on your behalf. If you like us to apply for your visa, please mention this is your email.

Upon receiving a notification of acceptance, all non-Iranian participants will be sent several forms of visa application.

We strongly request all our non-Iranian participants to fill out their visa application forms at least three months prior to the date of the conference.

Given the current diplomatic affairs, nationals / citizens of US or Canada are particularly requested to apply at their earliest convenience. Being invited to the conference does not necessarily mean being granted a visa.

The conference organizers are doing their best to facilitate the visa procedure. However, visa administrative processing and the time this would require are beyond our control.

Participants are required to pay the fees for their visa services including processing and issuance.

Upon receiving a notification of acceptance, should you need an official letter of invitation, we would provide you with the invitation in letterhead.
